AI Engineer

Our client is a fast-growing, well-funded startup building a next-generation, AI-native platform that redefines how digital experiences are created in gaming. The product empowers non-technical users to create complex interactive content through AI—removing traditional barriers like coding.

They operate at the cutting edge of AI and product development, combining creativity, engineering, and advanced language models. Our team is small, highly hands-on, and fully committed to an AI-first way of working.

We are looking for an AI Engineer to help push the boundaries of what AI systems can do in production.

This is not a traditional engineering role. You’ll work in an AI-native environment, where most code is generated with AI tools and your focus is on orchestrating, improving, and scaling intelligent systems rather than writing everything manually.

You will play a key role in improving core AI capabilities; making systems faster, cheaper, and more powerful.
