Key Responsibilities Edit YouTube long-form and short-form content with motion graphics, animations, and SEO optimization, including thumbnail collaboration.
Produce engaging educational and training videos for the Freelancer Training Program, enhancing learning through captions, motion design, and structured visual flow.
Create and edit high-performing social media content including Reels, TikTok, ads, testimonials, and promotional videos using fast-paced, trend-driven editing styles.
Develop high-converting ad creatives and promotional assets, continuously testing and iterating based on performance insights and analytics.
Stay updated with industry trends and collaborate with the marketing team to align video strategy with business goals.
Contribute to pre-production by participating in brainstorming, advising on creative direction 5+ years of professional video editing experience across social media, YouTube, ads, or educational content.
Advanced skills in motion graphics and animation with strong storytelling, pacing, and engagement techniques.
Ability to optimize video content for multiple platforms, including YouTube, social media trends, and paid ad placements.
Experience handling diverse content types such as YouTube videos, training programs, reels, ads, and brand storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms and engagement strategies.
Creative, adaptable, collaborative, and highly accountable.
