A Video Editor creates compelling visual content by cutting raw footage, adding effects, sound design, and color grading to produce finished videos. They work closely with marketing teams to adapt content for social media (TikTok/Reels), YouTube, and advertising. Proficiency in software like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Creative Skills: Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual effects.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video codecs, frame rates, and compression standards.
Experience: Proven experience as a video editor or in a similar role
Portfolio: A portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative editing skills.
