Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Assist hiring managers with role briefings and candidate shortlisting.
  • Produce clear, professional communication templates for candidate touchpoints.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Graduated from Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Comfortable using MS Office; experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Timely coordination of interviews and smooth candidate journeys from application to offer.
  • Positive feedback from candidates and hiring managers about communication and process efficiency.
  • Measurable contributions to sourcing pipelines and event-driven candidate attraction.
  • Accurate, up-to-date recruitment metrics and useful insights for the HR team.
What Youll Gain

  • Opportunities for career development within Future Group.
  • A supportive, diverse and international team environment.
