JOB TITLE
Talent Acquisition Business Partner | MAF Entertainment | Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TA BP) will drive the talent acquisition (TA) strategies and operations for Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment. The TABP will also be accountable for ensuring a positive candidate experience across all touch points of the recruitment process as well as working closely with the Hiring Manager and Human Capital team to ensure recruitment effectiveness.
ROLE PROFILE



  • Build and manage strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (TA Director/Senior Manager, COE, Talent Sourcing) to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, applying competency and performance-based hiring methods to secure top talent.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and introduce innovative, market-aligned talent acquisition practices.
  • Partner with HR and Employee Life Cycle teams to ensure smooth pre-onboarding and positive integration for new hires.
  • Achieve success through meeting SLAs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity), maintaining data compliance, and delivering regular TA performance reports.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven recruitment management success
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and competency-based interviewing methods.
  • Proven ability to implement strategic recruitment best practices that enhance effectiveness and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with credibility and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a positive, team-oriented, and adaptable approach.
