Supervisor (Graphic Designer)

·        Oversees the creative strategy and brand guideline adherence to ensure all visual and video content strengthens AMAN’s brand positioning.

·        Designs and develops high-impact motion graphics and digital eLearning content (interactive games and live videos) using Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.

·        Architects end-to-end video production workflows—from AI-generated concepts to final polish in Premiere Pro and After Effects—integrating AI models like Kling, Veo, or Runway.

·        Utilizes AI-driven lip-syncing and professional voiceover technologies to enhance production speed and audio-visual quality for all video assets.

·        Manages and prioritizes the full design lifecycle for multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and business impact.

·        Collaborates with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other designers to ensure cohesive brand alignment across all communication channels.

·        Presents design concepts and AI-driven video prototypes to management for feedback, executing all necessary modifications in a timely manner.

·        Maintains accurate records of all projects, including source files, revisions, and stakeholder feedback, to ensure a streamlined archival system.

·        Delegates tasks to the design team and monitors progress to ensure departmental performance standards are met.

·        Coaches and mentors team members on utilizing generative AI tools for concept generation and task execution to foster continuous technical innovation
