You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within your allocated component scope of work. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and more), lead and coordinate component activities, and ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
You’ll specifically take care of planning, monitoring, and managing end-to-end activities for your component, but also contribute to risk and opportunity management, as well as stakeholder synchronization.
We’ll look to you for:
Applying project strategies in line with defined contractual and project commitments
Actively contributing to project performance and raising alerts for deviations impacting project objectives
Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and processes, including Ethics, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, and PMM
Leading and coordinating component activities and stakeholders from requirement analysis to project completion
Achieving QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) objectives for the component
Cascading and allocating requirements and objectives to team members
Implementing and managing the component’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Coordinating and supporting consistent execution of component objectives across various functions
Contributing to the resolution of overarching or cross-functional challenges
Managing interfaces with sub-system teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
