  • Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including deductions, overtime, and compliance with labor laws
  • Personnel management: Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and Confidentiality
  • Social insurance & Governmental entities: Manage relationship with social insurance operations (form 1-2-6) and labor bureau and any other related entitles.
  • Medical Operations & benefits Administration: Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, claims, and benefits & liaise with providers for smooth operations
  • onboarding & Off-Boarding Activites:Handle new joiners documents and exit formalities including clearance, final settlement and documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Compliance & documentation: ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal HR policies, prepare reports for audits and inspections
  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquires, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Data Reporting: Generate periodic HR reports (headcount,turnover,payroll summaries) for management decision-making
  • Manage relationships with insurance providers, medical network, and payroll service vendors
  • Support HR Projects: Assist in HR Initiatives such as engagement programs, policy updates and system implementations
  • Conduct employees' investigations when needed
