Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategicSocial Media Specialistwith a strong background
inB2B marketing


The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and
optimizing social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant
platforms. 


Your goal is to build brand awareness, driveengagement, and generate high-quality
leads for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement tailored B2B social media strategies aligned with client goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn
and other B2B channels.


Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality visual and written
content.


Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn
Analytics, Google Analytics,Meta Dashboards,etc.).


Stay current with B2B social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates.


Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities to foster strong relationships and increase visibility.


Coordinate with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid social
strategies.


Perform competitor and industry research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.


Support lead generation campaigns with content, targeting strategies, and performance
analysis.


Requirements:
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing B2B social media accounts, preferably in
an agency or multi-client environment.
Strong portfolio of past B2B campaigns and results.
Deep understanding of LinkedIn marketing, including organic growth and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong knowledge of B2B buyer journeys and content funnels.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
Experience with analytics tools (LinkedIn Insights, MetaBusiness Suite, GA4, etc.).
Basic knowledge of paid social campaign setup and optimization is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple accounts in an organized manner, ensuring content quality
and consistency across platforms.
Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines reliably.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sectors such as SaaS, Translation, professional services, or
marketing/consulting.
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g.,Buffer,HubSpot,Hootsuite,
Mailchimp).
Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
