System and Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers.
Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, and user account provisioning.
Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery solutions are in place.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user account creation, licensing, and group management.

Implement and enforce security and compliance policies in Microsoft 365, such as retention policies, conditional access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Monitor service health, manage alerts, and coordinate with Microsoft support as needed.
Network Administration: Monitor and maintain network performance.

Helpdesk Support: Provide Level 2/3 technical support to employees and resolve escalated issues.
