  Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being,  ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day building maintenance tasks across factory facilities.
Coordinate and follow up on civil works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare quantity surveying reports and ensure accurate documentation.
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Support technical office tasks such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
Provide on-site supervision for repair and renovation works.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of professional experience in construction, maintenance, or facility management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in quantity surveying, site supervision, and technical office work.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Intermediate level of English is required.
