• Identify and reach out to new business opportunities with global enterprise clients and partners.

• Manage all inbound sales leads  respond promptly, qualify prospects, and follow up effectively to convert leads into opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately with all client interactions and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals using AI-powered tools such as Gamma, ChatGPT (Paid), Manus, Genspark, and other creative software.
• Support the marketing and account management teams with reports, presentations, and client communication materials.
• Stay up to date with AI trends and digital marketing innovations to enhance productivity and campaign performance.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring content alignment with sales goals and brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize Google Ads performance, providing insights and suggestions for better ROI.

Experience & Skills for Business Development Success in the Language Technology Sector

• • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshworks experience & Localization experience are plus points
  • 24 years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong proficiency in AI productivity tools (Gamma, ChatGPT, Genspark, Manus, etc.) for creating marketing materials and proposals.
  • Good understanding of Google Ads campaigns and digital marketing metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, proactive, and creative thinker with a can-do attitude.
