Job description

Position Title:             Senior Barista

Employment Type:     Full-Time

Salary:                        up to 1,500 USD depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals

Benefits:                   uniform and overtime pay

Job Location:            New Cairo, Egypt

 

About the Client:

A pre-opening multidisciplinary bakespace in New Cairo, Egypt under a dynamic homegrown group behind standout concepts in UAE.

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high-quality coffee preparation, consistency, and excellent customer service.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate barista staff, maintaining product knowledge and adherence to café standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost control and stock availability.
  • Develop and innovate beverage recipes, seasonal menus, and presentation standards in line with brand identity.


Skills

Qualifications: 

  • Open to Asian nationalities, aged 35 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Management or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry 
  • Overseas candidates are open to apply; joining ticket and visa will be paid for by the company
