The company partners with top brands, agencies to deliver high-quality, innovative, and customized marketing and production solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients, including brands, agencies, SMEs, and government entities across the GCC market.
Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline and follow-up process.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
Meet clients to understand their needs and propose tailored creative or production solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
Location: El Sheikh Zayed Work Schedule: 5 working days + 2 days off Working Hours: 9 hours Work Model: Hybrid Medical & Social Insurance Learning & Development Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or any related field.
2–4 years of sales experience in one or more industries like Production houses, Influencer marketing agencies, Media or advertising agencies, Creative studios Strong network within the GCC market, especially KSA & Kuwait .
Proven ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to sell creative services confidently.
Strong client-relationship building skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Excellent time management and follow-up skills
