We are starting up a brand-new Inside Sales function at Lucidya, and the SDR team is its engine. Your work directly determines the quality and volume of opportunities our Account Executives can pursue. Without a pipeline, there is no revenue. Without great qualification, there are no great deals.
As an SDR, you will be the first person a potential customer speaks to from Lucidya. You will research markets, identify companies that have a genuine need for CX intelligence, reach out with purpose, and confirm whether they are the right fit. You won't just be booking meetings - you will be building the foundation of a sales team.
This is an remote, outbound-first role. That means you will be proactive, creative, and persistent. If you want a front-row seat to how a high-performing sales team is built from scratch - and want your contribution to be visible from day one - this is it.
