Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and development activities for pharmaceutical products, including formulation, analytical methods, and process development.
Design and execute experiments to improve existing formulations and develop new products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, and Manufacturing, to ensure smooth product development.
Document and analyze experimental data to provide insights and recommendations.

Support the preparation of technical reports, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.

Hands-on training with laboratory equipment and software related to pharmaceutical R&D is preferably.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively across departments.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
