The Senior Product Owner will own the product backlog, craft clear and actionable user stories, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact product releases on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Planning
Support the Product Manager in developing and implementing product strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends.
Conduct market and customer research to identify emerging needs in project delivery, resource planning, billing automation, and reporting.
Contribute to the definition of the product roadmap, ensuring it supports the business’s growth and operational efficiency goals.
2. Agile Delivery & Backlog Ownership
Own and manage the product backlog — translating business priorities into detailed, well-structured epics and user stories.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, and QA Engineers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies — including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Track sprint progress and ensure deliverables align with roadmap priorities and quality standards.
3. User Story Development & Validation
Write clear, user-focused stories that articulate business value and are easily understood by development teams.
Engage stakeholders to validate user stories and acceptance criteria before sprint inclusion.
Leverage tools like JIRA, and Confluence for backlog management, sprint tracking, and documentation.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Project Management, Finance, HR, and Operations to understand workflow challenges and translate them into productfeature requirements.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive user experiences that enhance adoption and satisfaction.
Coordinate with international development and QA teams to ensure timely, consistent delivery.
5. Product Delivery & Optimization
Support end-to-end product lifecycle — from planning and development through testing, release, and adoption.
Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
6. Continuous Improvement & Process Refinement
Identify and implement improvements in Agile and product delivery processes.
Contribute to internal documentation, product guides, and release notes.
Support stakeholder communications, product presentations, and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in product, project management, or enterprise software environments.
Deep understanding of Professional Services Automation systems and workflows — including project planning, resource allocation, billing, and performance tracking.
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
Proven experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) – Scrum Alliance
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I or II) – Scrum.org
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) – Scaled Agile Framework
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) – Project Management Institute
ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) – ICAgile
PRODUCT / Business Process Certifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI
Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt or higher – for process optimization
