Key Responsibilities
Product Execution & Delivery
•Own and maintain a well-structured, up-to-date backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and strategic objectives.
•Write clear, testable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
•Prioritize backlog items based on business value, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
•Lead sprint activities including planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, ensuring clear understanding across all team members.
•Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria, ensuring they meet user and business expectations.
Collaboration & Communication
•Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, and stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and progress.
•Communicate progress and key outcomes through demos, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
•Facilitate effective collaboration within the squad and remove impediments to maintain delivery cadence.
•Work closely with the Product Manager to align product vision, priorities, and outcomes while taking ownership of the delivery process.
•Working closely with engineers and helping in removing blockers, clarifying requirements, and protecting team bandwidth.
Quality Validation
•Support the product vision by collecting feedback from users, analyzing market trends, and identifying improvement opportunities.
•Ensure that product increments meet quality standards and maintain stable, predictable delivery cycles.
Qualifications
•Experience: 1+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
•Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; experience in writing and managing user stories.
•Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum rituals, and delivery of best practices.
•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
•Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with development, testing, and design teams.
