Purpose of the job



As a Presales Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the presales process for managed services and operations within ICT business domain such as data center, cloud, infrastructure, network, network security, SOC, and ITSM services. This individual will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing managed service solutions, performing resource dimensioning, calculating costs, developing business cases, and technical proposals and presentations. They will act as a crucial link between the sales and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the presales process



Duties and responsibilities



  • Customer Requirements Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and technical requirements related to data center, cloud, infrastructure, network, security, SOC, and ITSM solutions.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer pain points and business objectives.
  • Solution Design & Resource Dimensioning:
    • Design and customized managed service solutions based on customer requirements and best practices.
    • Perform accurate resource dimensioning for managed service and operational scope.
    • Utilize industry-standard methodologies and tools for capacity planning and resource optimization.
  • Cost Estimation & Business Case Development:
    • Develop detailed cost estimations for proposed solutions.
    • Prepare comprehensive business cases that demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Technical Proposal & Presentation Development:
    • Create high-quality technical proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions.

    • Deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales & Technical Team Collaboration:

Education







  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).





Experience.



  1. 1. Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT operations, with at least 3 years in a presales role.
  2. Proven experience in presales operations, preferably within a managed services or data center environment.
  3. Strong understanding of data center, cloud, infrastructure, network, network security, SOC, and ITSM concepts and technologies.
  4. Demonstrated experience in resource dimensioning, capacity planning, and cost estimation for managed services.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to create compelling technical proposals and presentations.
  8. Proficiency in using presentation and documentation tools .
  9. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  10. Experience with financial modeling and business case creation.
  11. Experience with pricing tools and methodologies.
