Role Overview

The Partnership Development Specialist will be responsible for executing outbound partnership efforts and supporting email marketing campaigns to drive top-of-funnel growth. This is a highly execution-focused role where the primary objective is to secure partnerships and book collaborative opportunities, while continuously optimizing outreach and campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities

Partnership Outreach & Lead Generation


  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email and social media, primarily via TikTok and IG, to secure partnerships


  • Identify and build targeted lists of potential partners aligned with the company’s ICP and audience


  • Drive conversations toward scheduling webinars and collaborative opportunities


  • Manage follow-ups and maintain a consistent outreach cadence to maximize conversion rates


Pipeline Management & Reporting


  • Track outreach activity, responses, and conversions to maintain a structured and healthy pipeline


  • Monitor performance metrics across outreach and email campaigns


  • Identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize workflows and messaging


AI Utilization & Optimization


  • Leverage AI tools to improve outreach messaging, email campaigns, and workflow efficiency


  • Continuously iterate on prompts and outputs to increase quality and speed of execution


Secondary Responsibilities:


Content Repurposing & Distribution:


  • Take existing TikTok content and repurpose it for platforms like Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and YouTube Shorts.


  • Edit and optimize content for each platform, ensuring it aligns with best practices and audience expectations.


  • Write social media captions and copy to support content distribution and engagement.


Email Marketing & Campaign Execution:


  • Create and send email marketing campaigns, including writing copy and structuring campaigns for engagement.


  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and formats to improve open and conversion rates.


  • Manage campaigns within platforms like ActiveCampaign (or similar tools), ensuring proper segmentation and execution.


Qualifications

Experience


  • 2+ years of experience in partnership outreach, marketing, or lead generation roles


  • Proven experience executing outbound outreach (email and/or social media) and securing partnerships


  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign or similar tools


Skills


  • Strong copywriting skills for outreach and email campaigns with a focus on conversion


  • Ability to build and manage outbound workflows and pipelines independently


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities


  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and output


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


  • High level of ownership, self-sufficiency, and ability to operate with minimal oversight


  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
