Purpose of the Job



To manage and support network security technology TOOLS, to meet organizational needs.




Duties and Responsibilities



  1. Maintaining and troubleshooting second layer of support to these tools
  2. Troubleshoot raised issues from operation team
  3. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure availability requirements are met
  4. Work with vendors to solve the raised problems from operation team.
  5. Provide level 2 network support, to all network related incidents
  6. Ensure service level agreement SLA is met during incidents handling.

Job Specification



Education



1. Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science from a recognized university




Experience



  1. Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in administrating information security controls
  2. Proven experience working with F5 WAF and LTM.
  3. Proven experience working with Forcepoint, Palo Alto, and Cisco FTD Firewalls.
  4. Proven experience working with Infoblox DDI

Skills and abilities



1. Very good English both spoken and written.



2.Strong Customer Orientation.



3. Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.



4. Flexibility & ability to work in a team.



5. Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.



6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
