The Role of Learning & Development Supervisor:

We are currently seeking a creative talent - Full-time talented Learning & Development Supervisorfor Cairo at Nile Plaza thatiswell-mannered, visionary,passionate and has a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to join our team.

You would be typically expected to support the execution of the hotel’s Learning and Development plan in alignment with company standards and priorities, assist in identifying training needs through performance evaluations, departmental feedback, and business priorities, coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization, maintain accurate and organized training records, files, and calendars to ensure compliance and accessibility, andcollaborate with Department Heads and Learning Coaches to coordinate departmental training initiatives and support on-the-job learning.

Our Ideal Learning & DevelopmentSupervisor:

A special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of Learning standards. A university degree or equivalent experience and proficiency in the English language are required for this role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum ofone to twoyears of experience in asimilarcapacity, with a background in either hotel operations—or other high-level service environments or a similar learning-focused setting.
