Strategic Gears has delivered projects for the most well-known entities in the public sector including ministries, regulatory authorities, and the Saudi Stock Exchange, as well major private sector entities in the Kingdom. Today, Strategic Gears has offices in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as well as an office in Cairo and in London. The company is currently expanding its operations in Cairo and is hiring to support this growth.
As an IT Support, you will ensure the ERP system meets business needs by working with stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance system performance. Success means effective collaboration with internal teams and vendors to implement improvements that support company objectives and maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities


  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users.
  • Manage and monitor device stock and lifecycle.
  • Liaise with outsourced IT support teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and ERPnext system queries.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ensure IT assets are well-maintained and meet company standards.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by setting up devices and accounts for new employees.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on potential IT improvements.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with ERPnext, Microsoft Azure, Office applications, and user management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining IT assets.
  • Proven experience with IT support. ( minimum 2 years)
