Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented HSE Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities Promote HSE Standards: Put into practice and uphold health, safety, and environmental policies by performing regular inspections, and risk assessments to confirm the workplace adheres to all regulatory and company standards.
Support Safety Training and Incident Management: Assist in developing and delivering safety training programs, while also participating in incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend actions that prevent future issues.
Manage HSE Documentation: Maintain all necessary safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and inspection checklists.
Contribute to Environmental Sustainability: Actively participate in initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint, such as waste reduction programs and energy conservation efforts.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical, or science.
0-3 years of experience in HSE role, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented personality and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Very good command of English language, both spoken and written, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
