The job holder will serve as the primary HR focal point with employees, acting as the first line of support for all employees on-site.
He/she will be responsible for addressing employees’ inquiries, requests, and concerns, while ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes and services.
Onboarding and Offboarding Operations Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, required logistics and ensuring a smooth transition.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of experience : From 3 to 5 as HR Generalist or Business Partner.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Knowledge in Ms Office.
