Job description

About the job Graphic Design Team Lead

Lead the creative and design function across Teqneyat Group brands. Own brand systems, creative direction, and end-to-end production for paid and organic social, landing pages, sales decks, case studies, infographics, event materials, and light motion/video. Manage a small design team, enforce quality and brand consistency, and collaborate closely with Social, PPC, SEO, and Content teams to improve CTR, CVR, and SQL-driving campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own creative strategy and execution for multi-brand B2B campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta (paid & organic), websites/landing pages, email, and sales collateral.
  • Build, maintain, and scale brand guidelines, design systems, Figma libraries, and templates to ensure consistency across all brands.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach designers; plan workloads, set SLAs, run design critiques, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with Social, PPC, SEO, and Web teams on creative testing (A/B), platform specs, UTMs/GA4 event requirements, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Produce high-impact executive presentations, company profiles, one-pagers, case studies, infographics, event booths/backdrops, and print assets (pre-press ready).
  • Oversee light motion and video assets (social cut-downs, simple animations) and coordinate with external video vendors when needed.
  • Implement and maintain QA standards (copy accuracy, accessibility/contrast, brand usage, and correct export specs per platform).
  • Track and analyze creative performance with the marketing team; iterate to improve engagement, CTR, and CVR across channels.
  • Champion smart and ethical use of AI-assisted tools to accelerate iteration while maintaining strong human quality control.
Requirements
  • 6–8+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, including 2+ years leading or mentoring designers; strong B2B portfolio required.
  • Advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
  • Proven experience delivering high-performing assets for LinkedIn and Meta, with solid understanding of ad specs, formats, safe areas, and file sizes.
  • Strong layout, typography, and data-visualization skills for reports, case studies, and executive decks.
  • Experience with web and landing page design; ability to collaborate effectively with WordPress teams and work within basic HTML/CSS constraints (plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven; strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Content, Social, PPC, Web, and PR teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills required; Arabic is a strong plus (bi-lingual typography experience preferred).
