Position Summary:
A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate ideas, enhance brand identity, and support marketing and communication goals. The role involves producing graphics for digital and print media, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
Create layouts, illustrations, logos, icons, and branding elements aligned with company identity.
Prepare and revise artwork for digital ads, brochures, flyers, banners, product packaging, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions.
Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and formats (web, mobile, print).
Edit and retouch photos when needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
Ability to create motion graphics (optional but preferred).
Knowledge of UI/UX basics is an advantage.
Familiarity with print production requirements and file preparation.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
2–4 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role (internships included).
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
