Job Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and send communications to couriers (SMS / in-app)
  • Act as a focal point between couriers, operations, and internal teams
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvement ideas
  • Follow up on reported issues and support driving their closure
  • Support in running courier surveys (NPS / feedback collection)
  • Analyze results and highlight key insights in a simple, structured way
  • Organize focus groups and engagement activities
  • Assist in preparing reports on courier feedback and experience trends

Job Qualifications:


  • 0–2 years of experience (Operations / Logistics / Customer Support is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized with strong follow-up skills
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational challenges
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
