About the role

• Identify, analyze, and assess business and operational processes suitable for automation and AI enablement.
• Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions utilizing scripting, workflows, and AI models.
• Build and implement innovative AI use cases, including predictive analytics, intelligent ticket classification, NLP-based chatbots, and anomaly detection.
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems such as ITSM, CRM, monitoring tools, databases, and APIs.

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation workflows and AI models for maximum performance.

You are a motivated ECS DevOps Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
