About the role

Transform business processes and elevate operational efficiency by designing advanced automation solutions that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies and enhance business outcomes.
• Identify, analyze, and assess business and operational processes suitable for automation and AI enablement.
• Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions utilizing scripting, workflows, and AI models.
• Build and implement innovative AI use cases, including predictive analytics, intelligent ticket classification, NLP-based chatbots, and anomaly detection.
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems such as ITSM, CRM, monitoring tools, databases, and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions that adhere to security and architectural standards.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation workflows and AI models for maximum performance.
• Perform administrative tasks related to on-site servers, including dashboard visualization and utilization.

About you

You are a motivated ECS DevOps Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field. You possess proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell and have a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts. Your experience with various cloud platforms and ITSM tools, along with strong communication and organizational skills, makes you a vital asset to our team.
Your professional skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell is essential for developing effective solutions.
• A solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, including NLP and generative AI, will enhance your capability to build innovative applications.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, UD, and Jira will provide an advantage in integrating automation into existing workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is crucial for implementing scalable and secure solutions.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases is necessary to effectively store and manage data used in automation processes.

• Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
