Role Overview
As aDynamics 365 CRM Tester (Quality Engineer)-Associate Managerat Accenture, you will ensure the highest quality of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions through comprehensive testing, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA processes. You will validate functional and non-functional requirements, support automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with developers and functional consultants to deliver exceptional solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Testing
Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 CE applications, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure solution quality.
Validate CRM customizations, such as Plugins, Workflows, PCF controls, and Power Platform components.
2. Defect Management
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.
3. Quality Assurance
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective to improve overall solution quality.
4. Automation
Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, EasyRepro, or custom frameworks.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline delivery processes.
5. Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, defect reports, and test results to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing.
