Key Responsibilities: The disease area manager will lead a  team of Oncology/Hematology disease area specialists , drives sales and market share growth in all Public, semi-public, and private sectors, Ensure strong execution of brand strategies and field excellence across assigned territories Expands market share and ensures the flawless execution of the  portfolio strategic plans across all channels.
  Build impactful partnerships with all stakeholders/accounts to expand market presence Analyze performance metrics and market dynamics to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial success and full compliance.
Assign territories, targets, and achievements timely on Matrix as per company guidance.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
g., Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine) 2-3 years of experience in people management in specialty lines.
Oncology experience is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills.
