JOB TITLE
Head Egypt Country IT (Director) | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt
ROLE SUMMARY
The Head of Egypt Country IT is a crucial member of the MAF Technology leadership team. This position requires an experienced IT leader who can manage the technology infrastructure and workplace across the country effectively. He/She will lead the Regional IT Support function within Egypt for a large, multi-industry operations with diverse business units across the Country.
ROLE PROFILE



  • Ensure high-quality IT support for regional HQ, business outlets, and customer-facing locations.
  • Implement IT service delivery standards to maintain consistent support across business units.
  • Monitor service performance metrics to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with central IT to align network protocols with group-wide standards.
  • Oversee the management of network infrastructure across regional assets, ensuring reliable connectivity.
  • Provide IT support to HQ offices and end-users, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to operate efficiently.
  • Manage IT systems for customer-facing outlets, including malls, cinemas, and stores.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and regulatory requirements.


REQUIREMENTS



  • 12-15 years of experience in IT support or network management roles within regional settings.
  • Proven experience in supporting multi-location IT infrastructure and user environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent qualifications in service management.
  • Certifications in network management or security (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA).
