About the job Customer Service Specialist Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while accurately assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with order placement and follow up on production and delivery schedules.
  • Greet clients and visitors professionally, maintaining a positive and welcoming company image.
  • Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate hard copy and electronic records.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through clear, effective, and professional communication.
  • Provide detailed product information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Follow up on deliveries, payments, dispatches, QR codes, artwork approvals, and proforma invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE, Food Safety (FS), and GMP standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • 6 months of proven experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Conditions:
  • Full-Time Position
  • Sunday to Thursday
  • From 7:30AM - 3:30PM
