Establish and manage centralized physical and electronic document archives, ensuring secure storage and efficient retrieval.
Develop, implement, and enforce corporate document control policies, procedures, standards, and naming/coding conventions.
Ensure accurate document classification, indexing, version control, retention, and disposal across all departments.
Lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Document Management Systems (DMS).
Design and optimize document workflows, metadata standards, and formatting consistency.
Control document access rights, confidentiality levels, and user permissions in line with governance requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards through periodic reviews and audits.
Act as the central point of contact for document control matters and coordinate with document owners and stakeholders.
Train and support users on document control procedures, DMS usage, and best practices.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop KPIs, and supervise document control staff and service providers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, MIS, Library Science, Commerce, or Law (English).
Minimum 12 years of experience in document control or records management, including 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in document lifecycle management, classification, version control, and retention.
Hands-on experience with physical and electronic archives and at least one Document Management System (DMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint / Microsoft 365 (Advanced Excel preferred).
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with strong leadership, governance awareness, and attention to detail.
