Job description


  • Reach out to leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proactively identify and research potential leads through tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, prospecting databases, etc.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria (needs, budget, authority, timeline)
  • Book discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives (AEs)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars, and trade shows to nurture leads
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings or sales opportunities


Skills

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or prospecting roles (minimum of 2 years)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling rejection and staying resilient
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with sales tools (CRM, email automation, lead databases)
  • Motivated by targets and driven to grow in a sales career
  • Interest or background in SaaS, B2B tech, or professional services
  • 100% English position
