We are looking for an Platform Engineer I who will:

CSG International is hiring aPlatformEngineer Ito join our Ascendon Platform Management& Securityteam. The PM&S teamis responsible forthe creation and support of AWS accounts, pipeline automation, Windows Active Directory domains, E-Mailservicesand Security tooling for the Ascendon organization. You will work with a fun and exciting team and be on the absolutecutting edgeof technology.

• Support an AWS Cloud Infrastructure, mostly usingIaCtools like Terraform

  
  
  

• Support a Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory & PKI

  
  
  

• Interface with all levels of users for support, including developers, administrators, engineers, DBA, etc

  
  
  

• Create scripts, tools, framework, metrics, process/procedure and documentation to support Platform Operation needs 

  
  
  

• Completecustomer change requests and problem ticket resolution 

  
  
  

• Participatein a 24/7 on-call rotation

  
  
  

• Support the implementation and administration of information security policies and technologies

  
  
  

• Improvesecurity engineeringaudit and compliance tasksincludingalert tuning, log collection

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  
  
  

• FamiliaritywithAWSor equivalent public cloudexperience 

  
  
  

• Familiaritywith Cloud Security models and best practices

  
  
  

• Experience with Windows and/orLinux Administration

  
  
  

• Prefer experience with scripting languages to build automations in support of the infrastructure(Examples:Powershell, BASH or python)
