    • Vendor Coordination: Manage data integration and work closely with benefits vendors to resolve enrollment issues and improve operational processes.
    • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, investigate issues, identify trends, and provide timely resolutions.
    • Compliance Support: Ensure full adherence to government regulations and plan provisions, conducting audits, non-discrimination testing, required filings, and ACA reporting to maintain
    compliance across all benefit plans.
    • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process enhancements, collaborating on the development of more efficient benefits administration procedures.
    • Special Projects & Research: Support research initiatives, benefit events, and special projects aimed at optimizing benefits offerings and administration.

What We're Looking For:

  • • At least 3 years of benefits administration experience required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
    • A solid understanding of benefit plan(s) principles, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other domestic regulations related to benefits is required.
    • Proficiency in Workday is highly preferred.
    • Strong MS Office skills (Strong Excel) required.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned.
