Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and retail outlets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and store teams to align supply chain operations with sales and promotional plans.
  • Track and manage deliveries, ensuring products arrive on time and in full.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm order status and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supply chain data.
  • Analyze sales and stock reports to forecast demand and optimize replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially for perishable and FMCG products.
  • Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Suggest process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
