Overview of the role
The Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily store operations, including inventory management, shipment handling, and ensuring the organization of the back-of-house (BOH) area. This position involves assisting with the completion of replenishment tasks, gap scans, cyclic counts, and monitoring store-to-store transfers. The Operations Specialist ensures smooth and efficient store operations, helping to maintain safety standards and assist with the continuous improvement of operational processes.
