Yashfeen Medical Supplies WLL, a reputed supplier and service provider for medical devices, instrument, equipment and related supplies in Bahrain.
We are urgently looking for a young, experienced, self driven and dynamic sales professional to join our team in Bahrain as Sales Executive responsible for new product/service sales & after sales.He/She shall be initially report directly to higher management.
The role shall provide ample opportunity to grow professionally through various multi-tasking, handling high end technical products in medical sector, be a part of crucial business decision in the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
The primarily roles initially limited to basic sales, after sales, order processing, invoicing, identifying new requirements. However it will expand with time and performance demonstrated by the employee which may include as below (but not limited)
Detail Responsibilities
1. Undertake market analysis to develop leads for new sales in medical sectors like hospitals, clinics, laboratories etc
2. Develop and maintain customer relation through networking regular meetings, identifying right contact person.
2. Carry out necessary actions to convert the sales leads to actual order in consultation with management.
3. Undertake consultative sales approach to identify new requirements in clients and replace existing supplies with new products and services. ( Not simply Push sales)
4. Undertake technical presentation to client by yourself as well as with product technical experts from manufacturers
5. Handle all documentation with support form administrative staffs fo all pre-orders, ordering, post order (invoicing etc) activities.
6. Perform basic routine services including coordination with tech experts for ongoing service contracts (laboratory instruments, etc)
7. Regular Reporting to higher management for ongoing work, propose ideas/develop strategies, customer feedbacks, new sales leads etc in order to achieve business growth.
8. Manage promotion, advertisement, business entertainments as needed.
Basic Requirements:
1) Minimum 2 years of experience in the Bahrain in the sales/after sales job.
2) Education: Science Graduate or Technical diploma (qualification in bio-medicals, nursing, medical/pharma will be advantage)
3) Bahrain Driving License
4) Knowledge and/or experience in bio-medical products/services will be advantage.
5) Willing to do extensive travel within Bahrain, adaptable to non-bounded working time.
6) Possesses strong skills for communication (written/verbal), presentation, problem analysis & solving.
7) Possess confident, smart, pleasant and customer service-oriented qualities.
8) Demonstrated self-discipline, multi-tasking, Result oriented actions
