Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Collects data from various reports or sources for analysis.

2.Develops methods and strategies for assessing large volumes of data.

3.Closely studies past sales data to determine trends in productivity.

4.Examine and evaluate the consumer base's and target demographic's shopping and purchase trends.

5.Creates evaluation reports based on collected data.

6.Share reports to company managers, directors, and/or CEOs along with solutions and conclusions.

7.Suggests adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability.

8.Attends and participates in sales strategy meetings.



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1.Demonstrates proficiency in the use of reporting systems (PowerBi, Microsoft Tools, SAP reporting)

2.Demonstrates proficiency in Data technologies (Database, Data leak, Dataverse, SQL)

3.Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem (MS Dynamics ERP & CRM)

4.Knowledge and development skills for BI, MS-365 Dynamics, and other tools used in the industry

5.Possesses knowledge of the Jewelry and retail market.

6.Speaks confidently and articulately in front of a group.

7.Possesses strong math skills.

8.Demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and creatively.

9.Possesses strong problem-solving skills.

10.Communicates clearly and effectively.

11.Pay close attention to detail.

Requirements

1.Holds a bachelor’s degree in business and business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role.

3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4.Certification in Data Analyst/Data Science

5.Experience working in the Retails industry preferred high-end luxury products
