Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as main liaison for Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns (social, media, SEO, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery.
  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Seek growth opportunities for businesses in the fluctuating market and to improve client acquisition and retention.
  • Effectively answering client questions and guiding them throughout certain queries lies at the crux of an account manager's responsibilities. Also coordinate with other team members working on the same client account to promote consistency.

Skills

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in digital agency account management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Organized, proactive, and client-oriented.
