About this opportunity:
Are you a proven leader with a passion for customer satisfaction? If so, you might be the next Network Program Director (NPD) at Ericsson. In this role, you'll take charge of Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) for multiple projects, and ensure we meet both our own high standards and those of our valuable customers. You'll be responsible for securing the project/program goals, maintaining total compliance with group directives, legal and financial guidelines, as well as global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) requirements. Ensuring data security and privacy is paramount in our connected world, a task you will take on with diligence. Together with your team, the NPD role will drive value and benefit to our customers, as well as contributing to Ericsson's continued growth and excellence.
What you will do:
- Guarantee alignment between contracts and delivery through handover with the pre-sales CFR.
- Insure smooth delivery of the projects assigned to as NPD in one or multiple customer accounts as the accountability of NPD role.
- Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans, monitor all activities, handle changes and critical matters.
- Cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders to maintain alignment during execution.
- Financial performance management to ensure delivery to target Unadjusted Margin.
- Deliver within scope, budget, timeline and ethics, adhering to all legal and environmental standards.
- Manage 3PP and partners contracts with respect to Ericsson quality standards, compliance guidelines & PM practices.
- Oversee data accuracy to facilitate responsible and timely reporting.
- Ensure adherence to Project Management processes, and to OHS requirements.
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Electronics or Telecommunications.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Network Implementation Projects.
- Minimum 5 years in project management role.
- PMP Certified.
- Ownership, Accountability, Prioritization & Driving attitude is a MUST.
- Domain experience: Radio Network architecture or Integration.
- Proficiency with the English & French Languages, Spoken & Written.
- Other Spoken & Written Languages is a plus.
