Specialist - RF ZTE

About this opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior RF Optimization Engineer with a minimum of 10 plus years of domain experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LTE and NR technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of RF optimization concepts, well verse in Load management strategy and perform Load balancing, Throughput improvement activities across RAN Network executing feature trials, audit and optimization. Besides, should have strong transformation mindset, excellent level of numeracy, analytics and data interpretation skills and customer handling.
What you will do:
Specify and design a technical and/or competence developing solution in co-operation with the customer. The solution often leads to further development and improvement of customers’ organization and processes.
Assess the customer’s strategy and propose changes to enhance the customer’s competitive position and generate E/// business.
Handle lead role managing cluster optimization teams and responsible for customer interaction.
Develop and trial parameter/feature solutions to achieve the best possible service from a customer perspective.
Engage cross functionally to deliver high quality performance end to end processes.
Follow up the delivered products and solutions on a agreed regular basis with the customer to keep informed about the life cycle evolution of the implemented customer solution.
Generate regular reports detailing the current performance of the GSM, UMTS , LTE ,5G network, performance impacts and plans for performance improvement.
Develop RAN Optimization and capacity strategy in order to maximize GSM, UMTS & LTE ,5G network performance from a customer perspective.
Innovate to utilize all available network measurement information to deliver performance improvement to the GSM, UMTS , LTE  & 5G network.
Pre/post customer complaints mapping/analysis and addressal
Define the network KPI's based on strategy and negotiation with customer technical team.
Feature roll and tuning for UNIRAN17 and advance  
Good knowledge and hands on ZTE Feature and parameters 
Proficient in Trace based analysis for Volte/LTE and WCDMA.
Good hands on experience on Tableau and Power BI.
Proficient in use of Geo location tools.

The skills you bring:
Excellent in-depth understanding of Radio Access Networks solutions and Radio resource management.
Good understanding of 5G, LTE,3G & 2G Air interface standards and propagation characteristic.
Relevant experience in the field of 3G, LTE ,VoLTE  and 5G RF Post Launch optimization.
Leading teams addressing multiple markets performing analytical, investigative, and/or design activities related to LTE ,VoLTE and 5G Post Launch Optimization.
Multi-carrier / Multi access Technology layer management strategy recommendation and inter RAT mobility management of service bearers.
Expertise on planning and optimization concepts.
Experience on BO, ENM,ENIQ,NETAN,PRS,U-2000 and other OSS tools.
Extensive experience on 5G ,LTE & VoLTE counters and timers and route cause analysis.
