Senior Manager - R2R

Role Purpose

The role is directly responsible for oversight, direction and supervision of the day-to-day operations of one or more of the centralized accounting functions within the Global structure.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide leadership support to the process Director/ Associate Director and independent management for the delivery of month/ year close for sub processes: Corporate, System Fund InterCompany, Capital, Finance – India, Germany, France, Philippines, Japan
• Responsible for the on-going management, implementation of strategic directions and cost effectiveness of all aspects of the (Stakeholders, Customers) global delivery process, in line with Service Level Agreements and IHG key objectives

Education

• CA for Equivalent

  
  

Experience

• 10+ years progressive work-related experience (post qualification) in accounting and finance with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the role
• At least 5+ years of People Leadership

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to address all levels within the organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge of finance, budgeting, accounting and analytics
• Sound knowledge of one or more software application across- PeopleSoft, Hyperion or similar financial tool
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a large team to maximize engagement across diversity.

Demonstrated ability to work as a change agent looking at efficiency effectiveness of the process with customer centricity as focus point
