WHAT YOU BUILD

• Design, implement, optimize, and govern ITIL‑based service management processes.
• Define, document, and roll out standardized ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management)
• Ensure processes are scalable, efficient and aligned with business and customer needs
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement using KPIs and data insights.
• Act as the primary point of contact for process‑related topics
• Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders as a trusted business partner
• Drive end‑to‑end process assessments and optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and multinational stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in process‑focused roles within IT operations or service management.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, customer communication, and presentations.
• ITIL foundation certification is required/highly beneficial
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Service Request Management).
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments

Within GCO, SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Delivery is responsible for delivering reliable, real‑time cloud platforms, infrastructure, and managed services, ensuring fast time‑to‑value while minimizing cost and risk for our customers.

We are looking for a Business Process Manager (f/m/d) to join the ECS Delivery Process Excellence and Content Services team. In this role, you are responsible for governing, designing, and continuously improving IT Service Management (ITSM) processes aligned with the ITIL framework.
