We’re Hiring: Finance Manager (Global Role)

Experience: 10–15 Years

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing global consulting and technology firm in the energy trading and IT space. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and lead the finance function end-to-end while working closely with leadership across geographies.

Professionals who have experience in setting up entities are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own Financial Strategy & Planning – Drive budgeting, forecasting, and provide insights for business decisions
• Manage Global Taxation & Compliance – Handle India, UK, and international tax frameworks (critical requirement)
• Lead Financial Reporting & Controls – Ensure accurate reporting with IFRS/GAAP compliance
• Drive Cost Optimization – Oversee expenses, vendor payments, receivables & financial efficiency
• Collaborate with Leadership – Support expansion, cross-border structuring, and new entity setups
• Strengthen Governance – Build processes, manage audits, and enhance finance systems

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

• CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory
• Strong experience in International Taxation
• Hands-on expertise in IFRS / GAAP
• Proven track record in budgeting & financial planning
• Experience in global / cross-border operations
• Ability to build and scale finance functions
