Job Title: Retail Performance Specialist
Reports to: Retail Quality & Operational development Manager
Job Purpose:
Responsible for generating all sales reports, analyzing retail sales performance and KPIs. This role provides detailed performance insights and maintains up-to-date sales dashboards to support decision-making by retail management.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities
Design and generate retail reports across all regions.
Deliver regular retail reports (weekly and monthly) to all relevant stakeholders within and outside the retail department.
Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing reporting processes and efficiencies.
Coordinate data inputs from various sources to ensure accuracy and prevent misleading information.
Manage business and change requirements related to the data warehouse system.
Develop management presentations and reports covering all key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor retail sales KPIs, analyze performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations.
Handle all ad hoc reporting and requests within the required timeframe, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Track ongoing projects and tasks related to retail sales on a regular basis.
Analyze historical and current data, along with KPIs, for both the retail and commercial departments.
Collect data, identify trends, and assess performance against set targets.
Support both short-term and long-term forecasting for retail performance.
Participate in defining and setting commercial targets.
Continuously improve performance analysis processes.
Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all information assets under your responsibility, in line with the company’s Information Security Policies.

Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven track record of analyzing performance data and implementing strategies to drive improvement.
Knowledge of statistical methods (Preferred).
Ability to communicate in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Knowledge:
