We are growing fast and we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support delivery across AI, data, and platform engineering initiatives by translating business requirements into technical specifications and working closely with architects and engineering teams to shape solution design and implementation.
This role offers strong exposure to innovation-led transformation programmes and the opportunity to grow technical domain knowledge across emerging AI and data ecosystems.
Work Visa Medical Insurance Development Plans Key Duties & Responsibilities · Elicit and document business and technical requirements across AI, data, and platform initiatives · Translate stakeholder needs into structured functional and non-functional specifications · Support definition of system interactions, APIs, and integration requirements · Produce technical documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and data flow diagrams · Work closely with architects and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility · Support backlog definition and prioritisation across delivery workstreams · Document dependencies across systems and platforms · Assist in mapping As-Is and To-Be business processes aligned to technical solutions · Support user acceptance testing planning and validation activities · Maintain requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle · Contribute to discovery workshops and solution design sessions Key Skills Core Business Analysis Skills · Requirements elicitation and documentation · Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation · Process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) · User story definition · Change and impact analysis · Documentation governance Technical Awareness Working familiarity with: · enterprise platform ecosystems · APIs and system integrations · cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) · analytics and reporting platforms · data pipelines or structured data environments · software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) · Agile delivery frameworks · AI solutions and workflows, including LLM-based applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent automation, and enterprise AI platform integrations Required Experience · 4–8 years of experience in business analysis or technical delivery support roles · Experience supporting enterprise platform or integration-based programmes · Exposure to cloud-based or data-driven delivery environments · Experience working with engineering and architecture teams · Experience working in Agile delivery environments Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline · Certification such as CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent (preferred) · Experience supporting government or large enterprise transformation programmes Experience working with AI or enterprise data platform initiatives · Experience working in Middle East delivery environments (advantageous) Personal Attributes · Structured and detail-oriented · Strong communication skills · Collaborative working style · Comfortable operating in evolving delivery environments · Motivated to grow technical domain exposure
